Download the Mindbody app, and sign up to our They Say Pilates account, and you are good to go. You can then manage all your class bookings here (booking in, rescheduling, or cancelling any sessions).
We suggest not arriving any earlier than 10 mins before the class starts as the front door will be closed for the previous class. Arriving 5 mins before is perfect though! Just enough time to take your shoes off, grab a quick tea and pick your favourite reformer bed. Don’t worry if it’s your first class, our instructors will ensure they prioritise showing the studio and a quick run-down of the bed.
We encourage comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for the session. No shoes are to be worn in the studio. We highly encourage barefoot through the session – the foot is abundant of nerve endings that you’ll need for any standing exercises to heighten the awareness through the body. If you prefer though, your own grippy Pilates socks are your choice.
We understand that sometimes we have emergencies that we have no control over, but outside of this if you cancel less than 9 hours or are a “no show” you will be charged for the session.
If you are a member and you cancel outside the 9 hour window you will incur a $10 late cancel fee and if you are a “no show” you’ll incur a $20 no show fee.
If you don’t show it often means that another client may have missed out on the opportunity to come.

If you’re on a waitlist, it means you’re eagerly waiting for a spot in a class. If your plans change and you can’t make it anymore, please remove yourself from the waitlist. This opens a spot for someone else. Once you’re added to a class from the waitlist, it’s important to attend. If you don’t decline the spot or you’re a ‘no show’, you’ll be charged a late/no show fee.
Pro tip: If you decide you want to join a waitlisted class within 9 hours before it starts and notice an open spot, you can directly book in. It’s a great opportunity to get in just before the class begins!

Absolutely! No worries if you're new to reformer Pilates - no prior experience required! Everyone's welcome, regardless of skill level. Our instructors are seasoned pros and will guide you every step of the way during your first session. And hey, if you don't catch everything right away, no sweat! There's a lot happening, so cut yourself some slack and just enjoy the ride.
We can accommodate minor injuries and niggles through the session and give modifications if necessary. However, it is important to remember that it is a class setting and we need to continue to keep the class moving through the session.
We encourage you to talk to our instructors prior to your session starting so they are aware. If you prefer to flag with us before you session, feel free to drop us an email [email protected] and we do our best to guide with what’s best to do.
First off, big congrats! If your health pro gives you the green light, you're totally invited to join our classes up to 16 weeks into your pregnancy. After that, no worries, we've got fantastic physio-led Pilates studios in the area that can keep you moving smoothly as your bump blossoms.
It's totally your call! Pilates is super flexible, so if you're up for it every day, go for it! We do suggest at least one class per week to really feel and see those body changes. If you're new to Pilates, coming more often at first can be helpful. It's like learning a language - the more you immerse yourself early on, the smoother it gets!
We have the capacity for 18 state-of-the-art Reformer beds. There will be plenty of options to get a spot in at your preferred time slot. Each bed comes with various props including box, weights, Pilates ball and a ring. There is ample space around each bed, allowing you to move freely during your class.
